Terms and Conditions – xxbb Online Gaming Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xxbb online gaming platform, available at xxbb.vin, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any related mobile application ("Platform"). The Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser or the xxbb Android app.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on xxbb, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the Platform.

xxbb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform following a change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account on xxbb, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. xxbb strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Registration on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active account on xxbb. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held across those accounts may be voided.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date personal information during registration including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address or phone number.
• You must not be excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion arrangement at the time of registering a new account.

xxbb may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or if there are grounds to review your account. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xxbb account login credentials. This includes your password and any one-time passcodes sent to your registered phone number or email address. xxbb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

• Choose a password that is unique to xxbb and not used on any other platform or service.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact xxbb support immediately and change your password as soon as possible.
• xxbb is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to keep them secure.

If you use the xxbb Android app and enable biometric login, you are responsible for ensuring that only your own biometric data is enrolled on the device used to access your account.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on xxbb are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xxbb supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits processed instantly
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system
• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfers, processing times may vary
• Debit and Credit Cards – subject to card issuer approval
• Mobile Wallets – other supported mobile wallet services as listed in the Cashier section of your account

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. Deposits that are returned due to incorrect payment details or failed verification may be subject to a processing delay.

All funds deposited into your xxbb account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal section of your xxbb account at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of acceptable identity documents.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Current limits are shown in the Cashier section of your account.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest to process. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.
• xxbb reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above a specified threshold.

xxbb aims to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method and the completeness of your account verification. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected processing window, please contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

xxbb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of opting in to each offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses on xxbb are as follows:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted into withdrawable funds. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are set out in the individual promotion terms. Live Casino games and certain Slots titles may have reduced or zero contribution.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• xxbb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new accounts only and cannot be claimed more than once per person or household.

07 Game Rules and Player Conduct

All games available on the xxbb platform — including Casino table games, Live Casino, Slots and Bingo — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game.

The following conduct standards apply to all players on xxbb:

• You must not use any software, tool, algorithm, bot or automated system to place bets or interact with any game on the platform. This includes any form of artificial play assistance that provides an unfair advantage.
• You must not exploit any error, bug, glitch or misconfigured game setting to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from a technical error may be voided at xxbb's discretion.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion with other players, including in Live Casino games or multi-player formats within Bingo rooms.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the game software or the live dealer. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 7 days of the disputed result.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnect policy. xxbb is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your end.

xxbb reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts or withhold winnings pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these game conduct rules.

08 Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section of xxbb covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 and international cricket fixtures, Football, Esports and other major sports. Specific rules for each sport and bet type are available within the Sports section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on xxbb:

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the scheduled start time of the event. Bets placed after this point will be void.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the trading team during live events. xxbb reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time, including during delays, interruptions or if there is a risk of an event outcome becoming known before a bet is confirmed.
• All bets are placed at the odds shown at the time of confirmation. If a bet is not confirmed before odds change, the new odds apply unless a specific price request has been accepted.
• Cricket bets — including PSL match bets, T20 series markets and player performance markets — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the Sports section. Reduced-over games and abandoned matches are settled according to the published rules for each market type.
• xxbb reserves the right to void, restrict or limit any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, inside information or any irregular betting pattern.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. Current limits are displayed when placing a bet.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support within 7 days of settlement with the relevant bet reference. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.

09 Responsible Gaming

xxbb is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming on xxbb is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It should never be used as a way to generate income, recover previous losses or resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can add to your account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Timer: View the duration of your current gaming session from the account menu during play. This is a neutral information tool — no action is required, but it helps you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, your account is inaccessible and no marketing will be sent to you.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. This option is irreversible. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, xxbb will not reopen your account under any circumstances.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the xxbb platform — including but not limited to the platform design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software and trademarks — is the property of xxbb or its content and technology partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works based on any content from the xxbb platform without prior written permission.
• You must not use xxbb's name, logo or brand identity in any context that could imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership without explicit written consent.
• Scraping, automated data extraction or systematic copying of any part of the Platform — including odds data, game catalogues or promotional content — is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy and Data

xxbb collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected at registration and during use of the Platform — including identity verification documents, payment details and gaming activity — is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-fraud requirements and improve the Platform. xxbb does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

If you wish to request access to the data xxbb holds about you, or to request deletion of your account data following permanent closure of your account, contact our support team with the relevant request. We aim to respond to all data requests within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

xxbb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage use
• Operation of more than one account on the Platform
• Attempted exploitation of bonuses, promotions or game errors
• Use of bots, automated systems or other prohibited tools
• Evidence of collusion, match fixing or irregular betting patterns
• Deposits or withdrawals linked to fraudulent payment activity
• Any other material breach of these Terms and Conditions

In the event of an account suspension, xxbb will notify you by email or in-platform message. If an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, xxbb may permanently close the account and any balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Genuine funds deposited in good faith and not subject to a bonus restriction will be returned via the original payment method where possible.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account with an active bonus balance, any bonus funds will be forfeited on closure. Real money balances will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification.

13 Limitation of Liability

The xxbb Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably and without interruption, xxbb does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues or events outside our control
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions
• Losses resulting from your own decisions regarding bet selection, game participation or bonus usage
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
• Errors in the display of odds, prices or game information that are corrected before a bet is confirmed

Nothing in these Terms limits xxbb's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

14 Changes to These Terms

xxbb may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that affect your rights or how the Platform operates, we will also notify registered players by email or in-platform notification where possible.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.

15 Contact and Complaints

If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about the Platform or a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please contact the xxbb support team. We aim to acknowledge all queries promptly and to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

When raising a complaint, please include:

• Your registered account username or email address
• A clear description of the issue, including relevant dates and amounts
• Any reference numbers for transactions or bets in dispute

Our support team will investigate your complaint and respond with a decision. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to the xxbb complaints review team via the contact details in your account support section.

xxbb is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and in a timely manner. All complaint communications are treated with confidentiality.
